Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.

  • Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, as we deal in food and consumable items.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order via:

Cancellation Window

  • Cancellation requests must be made within a short time after order placement.

  • If the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed as per our Refund & Returns Policy.


Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Cancellations will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Orders that have already been packed or dispatched

  • Perishable or consumable food items

  • Bulk or special orders

  • Orders placed during sale or promotional campaigns, unless otherwise stated


Cancellation by Uditi

Uditi reserves the right to cancel an order in cases such as:

  • Product unavailability

  • Quality control issues

  • Incorrect pricing or listing errors

  • Delivery address issues or non-serviceable locations

In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original mode of payment.


Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.
