At Uditi, we are committed to delivering authentic, hygienically packed products with the best shopping experience possible. However, since our items are food-based FMCG products, returns and exchanges are restricted under FSSAI regulations.


Eligible for Return/Replacement

You may request a return or replacement only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product received in damaged condition (with proof: unboxing video/photo required)

  • Expired product received

All claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing ccare.uditi@zrsenterprise.com or contacting our support number.


Not Eligible for Return/Refund

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products

  • Products damaged due to improper storage/handling after delivery

  • Orders placed by mistake (wrong address/variant)

  • Discounted or clearance sale items (unless damaged on delivery)


Return Process

  • Customers must return the item in its original sealed packaging.

  • Currently, we do not have pickup service โ€” the customer must ship the product back to our warehouse.

  • Once inspected and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund.


Refund Timelines

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7โ€“10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged/expired product).


Important Conditions

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for replacement claims.

  • Claims without valid proof may not be accepted.

  • Delays caused by courier/logistics partners are beyond our control.
